Individual Summary Report - Girls

The specially formatted cells below have the following meanings:
• Bolded text = New PR
• Italic text = Never run race before (i.e. no chance for a PR or Improvement)
• Underlined text = Either LY or LR Improvement.
Best performance of season - Best position of finish compared to other racers in the field.
The Improvement totals are shown in the summary columns. "Imp" shows the total number of course-specific Improvements compared to Improvement chances. "PRs" shows the number of course-specific PRs. Subtracting the PR's from the total number of Improvements gives the total number of LY and/or LR Improvements. DPRs are distance-only PRs.

• Adj Avg Fin (Adjusted Average Finish): The mathematical average of a runners rank of finish within the school. Called 'Adjusted' because the coach can exclude certain events from the average calculation.
• Adj Rank (Adjusted Rank): The rank position when sorted by Adjusted Average Finish. It is called 'Adjusted' because the coach can exclude certain events to calculate the rank.
• Imp: Number of course-specific improvements/number of chances of improvements (i.e. had run that course before).
• PRs: Number of course-specific Personal Records.
• DPRs: Number of distance-only Personal Records. DPRs are calculated only for 2 mile, 2.48 mile (4K), 3 mile and 3.1 mile (5K) courses.
